Mindful Labs Inc. provides Tiki tests, tarot, AI reports and character chats under these terms.
1. Using Tiki and accounts
You confirm acceptance of the terms when signing up or buying. Do not use another person's account or payment method without permission. You can change your nickname and delete your account in Settings.
2. Content and AI
Tests and tarot are entertainment and tools for reflection. They are not clinically validated diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical, legal or investment advice. They cannot establish another person's feelings or guarantee future events.
Report text and images, and character chat replies and images, are generated with AI. The character is not a real person or professional counselor. Outputs may contain mistakes or bias. Independently check information before making important decisions.
3. Purchases and delivery
The product, price, currency and delivery conditions appear before payment. Generation or ticket delivery starts after payment is confirmed. Chat tickets are one-time purchases, not a subscription, and are used across your account's chats. Each reply uses one ticket; failed generation restores it.
Network or generation errors may delay delivery. Delivery failures and refunds are handled under the Refund Policy by email at contact@tiki.boo. If a major service change or closure affects paid access, we will announce it and explain refunds for undelivered or unused paid services.
4. Sharing and other people's information
Issuing a personal result link lets anyone with it view the result and displayed nickname and pass the link on.
The same link remains active until its result is deleted. Deletion does not automatically remove copies saved elsewhere. Do not enter private or sensitive information about someone else without permission.
5. Acceptable use and rights
Illegal content, infringement, impersonation, account sharing or sale, bulk automated requests and attacks are prohibited. We may restrict use as necessary; appeals go to contact@tiki.boo. Do not resell or bulk-copy service content or software without permission. We do not guarantee exclusive rights in AI-generated content.
6. Deletion, responsibility and disputes
Account deletion removes access to your saved records, chats and share links and cannot be reversed. Transaction records are retained as required by law. Contact us about unused paid services before deleting your account; deletion does not itself remove refund rights.
We remain responsible under applicable law. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights. Email contact@tiki.boo about disputes. Korean law governs, without excluding mandatory consumer protections or legally required jurisdiction that apply to you.
7. Changes
We announce changes and their effective date in advance, with sufficient notice for important changes unfavorable to users. We obtain separate consent where required. All inquiries go to contact@tiki.boo.
